Electro Magnetic Block [Feature]

Two EM Blocks has same magnetic feature as Connector Blocks if there is power, but with lower PCU not using any conveyors.
E.g. this can make it easier to merge ship/station modules in a specific directions, saving lots of PCU not having to use multiple Merge Blocks or Connectors.
It could also have magnetic physics on iron ore and other floating metallic objects.
