Ability to pave roads between bases on planets and moons

Me and my friends build bases long way from each other and got the idea we want roads between our bases problem is, If we are to build blocks between it will be at least 3-5 million pcu..
So the ability to "pave" roads that is smooth as a block but doesn´t impact the server more than the ground it self would be a really appriciated addition to the game and let us build even more fantastic creations.
