Ability to set thrust priority on ships

If I build a ship that was atmo and hydrogen thrusters, or ions too, it evenly distributed thrust across those 3 categories of thrusters. I want to be able to set priority of thrusters. Say I’m flying in the atmosphere on earth. I want full thrust to go to atmo engines before hydrogen engines kick on, so I’m not burning h2 before I need to
