Add tag for survival kit <CanRespawn> in sbc

Can a tag for survival kits be added to enable/disable respawn at survival kit?
<CanRespawn>false</CanRespawn>
this has two purposes, one to have a space for engineer to heal and recharge and not be able to spawn at that location
second is that this is the only block that can pull from it's own inventory to make components, if the large or basic assembler has this capability, then this would not be suggested.
I guess then if that can't/won't be done, then maybe add the ability to have assembler type pull from it's own inventory like the survival kit does.
