Options to advanced world settings 3 (voxels)

- Enable/disable voxel destruction is present in the game.
Idea is:- Enable/disable voxel destruction by weapon fire/crashes.
- Enable/disable voxel destruction by mining.
Simply more option, also helps game running smoother when crashes and weapon fire/warheads doesn't make a lot of craters.
