Advanced Ore Sensor - New Block Suggestion

Suggestion for a new block in future releases. Advanced Ore Sensor.
The block would charge much like a jump drive, small and large grid, when activated sends out an omni-directional sensor sweep up to a radius of 500m, revealing any ores (for a brief period) within that radius to be tagged by the engineer.
Designed specifically for asteroid use, to make finding resources less painful....but more power hungry.
