Fix the Weather!

NOW weather isn't good.
I tested it and compared with mod from Jakaria.
Vanilla weather can't detect any planet if i type /weather (something) in chat.
I tried everything, it can't detect Triton or any modded planet.
Why? It was good on PTS.
Why it doesn't work now?
And i didn't say about types of weather.
Only four types against 10+ in mod.
I hope this weather isn't finished.
