Small Hydrogen Tank Falls Short

So you finally got around to adding small hydrogen tanks, that's great! But if I may ask, why does it hold LESS than the hydrogen engine? Which, presumably, should have an engine in there somewhere. They occupy the same volume -- a tank is basically just a large empty space, whereas an engine is largely occupied by... the engine. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind that the engine has it's own internal capacity, but the numbers are just silly. I say, double the capacity of the small tank and halve the capacity of the engine.
