Customizable Conveyor Ports

One of the biggest challenges when engineering compact vehicles is how to properly attach conveyor tubes.
Many mods had been created with single purpose: just to create variation of vanilla block that has different arrangement of conveyor ports that allow more compact construction.
Proposal:
- instead of having pre-placed conveyor ports, it will have mounting areas/faces where the port can be created
- there can be max number of ports per block (small grid: small port max, medium port max)
- in case of small grid, if there is 3x3 small port mounting, it can be used for medium conveyor port
- each created conveyor port will increase PCU cost of block and will require some materials to create
