Mobile Application Blueprint Builder

Generally I dislike devs going the mobile route, but in this case I think it would be a helpful addition to the game more than anything. A mobile app, with no gameplay nor physics, just the vanilla blocks, theability to piece things together, and the ability to export the Blueprint for use in the actual game.
I have spent many nights at work, trying to scribble down 3D designs on 2D paper. Having something like this, for busrides, slow workdays, breaks, and before bed.. It would be hella helpful!
