(1.197) Small blocks still missing updated collision boxes

Just as the title says. There are still small ship blocks after all this time missing their updated collisions.
Namely, small ship windows and Gatling Guns.
I have a small ship with a piston closing a canopy. The canopy closes until about one small block away and will not close any farther. Then, a ton of ghost forces begin spinning the ship. Another thing that has been an issue in SE for years.
I like this feedback

This is a legitimate issue. Not all collision boxes have been updated as they were promised. As simple as that.

OKAY 2 MONTHS LATER AND NOTHING
What is going on here? I just again was building a ship with a simple folding ramp, and IT. WONT. WORK. At any mm/cm displacement on the rotor. NOTHING.
All the collisions ARE NOT DONE CORRECTLY.
