[1.189.033] No Boulders or Bushes Spawning

Reproduction steps:
#1 Load any world which contains planets, such as Easy Start Earth/Moon/Mars, etc.
#2 Open the entity list (Alt+F10)
#3 Select "Asteroids" from the list
Observed behavior:
You will not find any planetary voxels have spawned.
Expected behavior:
Stone boulders, often with ore centers, should be spawning on the planets surface.
Alternately, you can walk around and observe that not only have boulders not spawned, but there are no bushes in the environment either (Earth-Like and Alien only, as no other planets have bushes).

Omg i thought this was just me, this has been driving me CRAZY, my start on thr public server has been going AGONIZINGLY slow, i thought they said they "sped up" the start, but this is making it grind along soooo slowly
Please fix the boulder/bush spawning system keen, boulders are integral to getting resources, and the bushes make/break the scenery, its so hard to enjoy these planets when they are desolate and plant-less 😳

Still hoping for a confirmation from Keen. This is a really big issue for me, as I love modding planets - and this is a key surface detail.
