GPS distance culling

Add a some form of short cut (ALT+H for example) that you hold while scrolling the mouse wheel to change the cutoff distance GPS are shown at.
Right click to clear the cut off, maybe left click to set it to the distance of whatever GPS, object or planet you are looking at, or set it close. Maybe it only works in signals normal or full.

Or add a "Show Distance" slider to the GPS screen, like the "Show distance for friendly/enemy/owned antennas" on the info screen.
