Invisible asteroids for multiplayer client

Since the Fieldwork update, the game is partially unplayable in peer-to-peer multiplayer because, every asteroid is invisible to other players who are not the host.
The asteroids still have collision for all players.
Upon changing the asteroid's voxel, it renders for the non-host players too, but only within a certain area, if you go to another asteroid, then it is again invisible.
Reproduction steps in my case:
- Create any new world that has randomly generating asteroids
- Have another player join the world
- Have both players go to the same asteroid
- The host can see it and the joined player cannot
