Expand hotbar rows

Simple request, please expand the amount of hotbar rows from the current 10 to 20, I would also really appreciate a separate keybind and location for the welder, grinder, and drill. Using the highest level available.

How do you think we would be able to easily switch between the rows without using ctrl+#?
It seems like it could be a hassle to add another key to switch between the different sections of rows(Doing ctrl+shift+# to switch between sections).
Also, Ive never needed or seen anyone else needing more than 5 hotbars so I don't understand your issue.
