[Display next image] drag to toolbar option for LCDs

A toolbar option to display next texture* for lcds would allow displaying custom messages and states, see the screenshot.

With this, we would be able to communicate a total of three messages: no caution (lcd off) , caution 1 (lcd on), caution 2 (display next texture)

*You use texture keyword within lcd panel and image keyword in toolbar options.

I have not managed to figure a way to achieve the same result using "increase image change interval".
