Event Controller Suggestion: Remote Controller/Cockpit Occupied

Have you ever been flying along and lose connection with your drone, be it because you accidentally flew outside of broadcast range or a laser antenna got blocked or some other third reason?

A solution would be event controllers counting a remote control in... control... of a drone as 'cockpit occupied', so you can trigger things to happen when you take control (or when you no longer control the grid)
