[Global Encounter] Balance hand grinding tool speed

Please make ENEMY blocks 3-4 times slower to grind with hand tools, but the grinder block can have the same speed.
This will fix a lot of gameplay issues, it absolutely ridiculous to make grinding tools the most powerful weapon in the game.
It ruins PvE and made PvP a bit stupid. If you hydroman a ship in space you would grab an elite grinder 10/10 instead of a weapon, cuts large small ships like butter.
Please fix it before next update

i agree the grinder being the most powerful weapon is simply ridiculous but i disagree in ur razoning and solution.
the grinder isnt just a weapon but a tool. making it even slower than it is would make salvage and construction awful.
about the solution to grinders being OP, it isnt nerfing the grinder but buffing other ones. a interior turret takes less than a second to kill a player. a rifle takes way more to take the turret. if u want more weapons variation from players, make using the other weapons profitable
