Add a "Are you sure" button to when you colour a full grid

It is suffering having to repaint a gigantic station because you accidentally misclick.

There isn't too many instances I intend to fully paint a grid a single color (something like once a paint job). So I wouldn't be too bothered by this quality of life safety feature.
