Camera movement

Allow some degree of camera movement up/down and to the sides, since it's quite safe to say the camera is actually inside the camera dome, some movement around for better observation with a modifier key wouldn't feel wrong.
ALT/SHIFT/CTRL could be used as modifiers, wouldn't hurt, and would improve cameras usefulness, zooming is good, but feels a bit lacking for a high tech camera that space engineers would probably use.

There is a mod on the workshop which can do this, which uses ALT and WASD to look around, and V to reset view. Could be implemented
