Allow zooming in on POV while controlling station/large ship

When you dock/merge with a larger grid, your POV is often forced out ridiculously far, depending on the size of the grid. As the user, I find it frustrating that I can't scroll in so that I can *see* the subgrid I'm sitting in. Actually, it's frustrating when a control doesn't do what I want because the program is being a nanny. Just let me scroll in, I'll decide when it's too close.

Seems like they have added this one, or at least you can zoom in to something closer to the size of the local subgrid now.
