No Battery Charging Checkbox

Add checkbox to Reactors (and probably also to other Batteries) that will forbid them to spend energy on "Batteries" -> disallows to charge batteries.

But I think the "energy producer" should decide whether it should charge batteries, not "energy storage", as only 'surplus energy' should go there.

perhaps an alteration to your idea would be a checkbox configure the batteries to only accept power from solar?

That would mean the decision is in "storage" not in "producer".

I think that energy producer should decide whether it should produce energy for inefficient storage or not.
