Add a "Target Sun" Option to Custom Turrets For Solar Panel Turrets

Turrets in lore would have advanced tracking systems that can keep an eye on people and machines, even differentiating friend and foe. I think adding the ability to tell a custom turret, that is, say, equipped with a solar panel, to attempt to aim as directly to the sun as possible without the need of a script.
