Add a 1x1x3 Hangar door

We need a hangar for hangar doors that need a uneven block numbers. Just anoving only being able to build 2 or 4 high opening. Adding a new 1x1x3 Hangar door would give us larger flexibility when coming with a 1x1x2 door.

lol yes pls, I once built an amazing carrier that would have had a super wide hanger door opening on the spine of the ship like the Venator from star wars, but couldn't finish it cause I built it uneven number of blocks. Just don't make sense not to have longer hanger doors to fill this purpose, There are mods and annoyingly i no longer have the ship i built cause it was from ages ago but this should be vanilla.
