There's a Power Kit that can be bought from the store block. Perhaps if that was buildable by the player?

Those have to be used manually, and each only charges 25%. You need dozens if you want to work in space for an hour, and each one is 9 liters. It's too bad you can't just mount a solar panel on your suit.
