Spawn-screen feedback

currently we need to spawn somewhere to join a faction, then suicide and spawning again, this leaves a corpse floating around and makes people load the world multiple times.
we need a way for people to request joining a faction before they spawn.
there should also be a way to TALK in the spawn-screen so that people can ask which faction they should join OR in case they are bugged or stuck and are trying to communicate.
