Implement block based coding to Programming Blocks

Snap! is a block based coding system that is intended for entry level programmers. A similar version of this could be added to programming blocks. This would make programming blocks more accessible for the general populous of users. An in-engine implementation of such would allow programming blocks to be used without exiting the application. Not to mention, this would be a great way for younger players to get natural exposure to coding.
