Blocks Randomly Disappearing

I have blocks randomly disappearing from my station. I suspect it has to do with complexity because this started happening after I added a new wing to the station. I am playing solo offline with no block limits. Log attached.

I would really like help with this. I am unable to enjoy my favorite build because of this issue.
