Wheels explode too easlily

Hello,
I found in this support page something about wheels posted long time ago and declared fixed. I don't understand how this can be fixed if it still happens.
Wheels just explode too easily even when simply running.
When do you really fix this problem?

They don't care about this bug. They put on "Solved" and that's it.
Wheels exploding are not the only problem. They also shake at high speeds, which can cause the car to drive unpredictably.
