Vanilla Mechanical Hinges

In game currently exists 2 mechanical connection types:
1. Pistons
2. Rotors
But have no Hinges, why? Yep is exists as a mod and works perfectly, but many peoples uses vanilla only stuff to build their awesome ships for cross-server reason.
It would be cool to have hinges in vanilla it helps to build more compact and efficiently.
