Suggestion: API Endpoint(s) for PBs to Create / Rename Groups

Currently, There is no way to create a new IMyBlockGroup, and populate it with blocks on the grid. This would be useful, at least in my current case, because you can setup a PB to automatically scan for blocks and add them to a group, or, change the name using a template system via PB.
Truthfully, I'd also add in here the ability to Rename a group without it creating a new group and deleting the old one, because this breaks things like toolbar entries and such, which is problematic on large builds.
