Administration: Reason for kick/ban

I would like to have the possibility to write the reason or some other custom information to him, when kicking or banning from a server as an admin. A single line of text in the "you got kicked" popup would be sufficient.

This is a pretty much essential tool for server administration. People need to know why they're being kicked/banned or they'll just keep repeating the behavior.
