New Clean Armor Skin

When converting old scratched armor to clean armor, everything becomes "clean" (I like it!) except for interior blocks (still scratched looking) and windows are still dirty! Clean the windows!! Also, oxygen farm glass is nearly opaque.

After additional testing, I want to clarify that oxygen farm glass is now much more opaque, clean armor or not. I guess that was intentional with this latest release.
