Improve the Toolbar (G Bar) - Scroll-able command buttons

Allow the player to stack tools/blocks to an individual button, similar to how armour blocks.

Alternatively, increase the number of scroll-able categories used by the default game:

For example:

All thrusters onto a single block,

Add hangar doors to the doors scroll-able

All lights to a single block,

All production blocks,

All energy blocks (reactors, batteries, solar panels),

All seats/cockpits, Remote Control

Antennas and Beacons,

etc....

Something like SHIFT+MOUSEWHEEL_UP/DOWN would also be very handy. Beside the fact that this is a common behaviour on almost every "Building"-Game.
