Sometime since the Multiplayer Patch I am able to make blueprints, but:

They display with a "Cloud" icon

They cannot be uploaded to the Workshop

Hovering over them shows "Blueprints/cloud/(SHIP NAME)/bp.sbc

Moving my Blueprints folder keeps them in the list as if they were Workshop blueprints

I have the same issue. The upload to workshop button is missing entirely.

FIX! Disable "Steam Cloud Synchronization" in-game/steam.

Still a bug, but not as crippling.
