My base is "pushing me out"

I'm playing on a dedicated server and for some reason when I build a base, to a certain point, it kinda pushes me out. It seems to be a form of desync. At first if I arrive by jetpack, as soon as I land i'm in a falling state but I hover out of the base. Same if I jump, when i land, the same thing happens. The only solution is to build ramp and it work for a while then i can't even walk on my ramp (they block me).
So to recapitulate a new base does not seems to have to problem but a more elaborate one (and by more elaborate its not really... im new.) seems to make the problem appears.
(We restarted the server)
