Light Flicker

Nothing new, Still just an ongoing issue.
It's understandable that the game can only handle so many light sources at a time and to limit how many lights should be used in builds.
Maybe this will be updated in the future to allow more or reduced flicker caused by it.
Beyond basic lights, what all is considered light sources in game towards that flicker limit?
Sc-Fi walls, Neon tubes, any blocks that emit light?

Sci-fi walls, neon tubes and all these blocks don't actually emit light because they have emissive textures which basically tell the game to apply a post-processing effect, they don't cast light on nearby objects (so they don't need much processing power), that's why they don't flicker.
