Narrow Viewports glare and gunk makes them hard to look through

The new Narrow Viewports / armoured narrow viewports, are very hard to use as actual windows. Why? Because whenever a light source is nearby, the view outside is very pixelated and blurry. The gunk is too much and it looks like somebody put their fatty fingers on the window.
Even on 100% integrity, the look is the same. This issue persists on all variants of the viewport. These windows should be made much clearer to look through.

All other window blocks also need to have clean glass, no artistic stains should be on them. One side is darker, i understand that, but glass should be clean.
