With the new 25cm/50cm grid system i suggest to upgrade the stair/half wide stair into three pieces: "Lower stair end", "Mid stair part" and "Upper stair end" for both stair variants, normal one and the half wide one. There will be so many different heights of rooms, half plattforms, that these parts are needed to create nice connections to different floors.

Currently the struggle is real to build out of the normal 2,5m height because stairs are only made for this height.

If you add ladders later you should consider this.

I don't think there's a cm grid system in SE1. If you're talking about SE2, post in SE2.
