Contracts improvments

A couple ideas for the contracts block as it needs a bit of an overhaul and could benefit with the ability to add your own descriptions as well as a reputation bonus allowing players to regain reputation with player factions.
- Hauling: As it works right now, hauling is just a mission to move a box from one contract block to another with nothing actually being moved except credits. Players should be able to create hauling contracts that actually move resources. Creating a hauling contract to have resources, lets say 10k uranium ore, would spawn a package either in the contract block or a cargo container on the grid. Players could then accept the hauling contract and have the package moved to their inventory or ships inventory depending on package size. Then bring it to where it needs to be like the mission works now.
- Search: Players can create search missions for others to find lost grids but there's no
- Acquisition: No real change here other then adding the ability to give reputation bonuses as well. That way players can give 10k uranium for improved reputation.
- Bounty: Players with a poor standing with you should become options to set a bounty on for other players to hunt.

bounty is a bad idea. you can just set a bounty one anyone u want and a friend of yours could take it and so u two know where to find em

You can already create search contracts. I do it all the time when I need to find a grid I lost as long as it is powered, then me or anyone can accept it.
Same for acquisition, you can do it as well.
For hauling contracts it would be great to reuse the search contract ability to select a grid you want to transport. Select the grid you want to be transported, which btw can be a cargo container of anything really. Select the destination grid and radius, so when the target grid is moved withing the destination grid radius the contract is considered done.
