Blocks attached to the hatch side of parachute hatches should detach on open, not block deployment

For some reason, you are able to attach blocks to the hatch side of parachute hatches. And when you do, these blocks obstruct deployment. I would propose having them simply detach whatever is on their face when the hatch opens, so if it's not retained to the grid by other connections it just drops free and the parachute works. So basically a one-way merge block, where that block face no longer recognizes attachments while the hatch is open.

i havent been covering parachutes but, as far as i know, the parachute should open even if a block is on top of it... have u filled the parachute with canvas?
