Wheel settings addition

Under Consideration

Ok, so wheels are kinda bad at high speeds, too hard suspension and you go flying, too low and you hit the ground, same with friction, high speeds and you do a turn wrong and you flip, too low and you don't even reach high speeds, The solution to this problem may seem simple (use event controllers and sensors to change settings (thats where this idea comes in), or just do everything manually while driving). But there isn't a setting to "set friction" or set "strength" as a matter of fact the only things you CAN set are propulsion override and set steer override, What about power usage, height offset, what about all the other settings keen? wheels are bad as is, adding these simple settings gives solutions to us engineers.

If more settings are added, Its important to have "Set power usage" and a "Reset power usage" considering that the default settings are pretty good for a day to day basis and this should be applied to other settings, like friction, strength, etc etc.

Set Height Offset would be useful when trying to align with a connector.

wheels should become more powerful in general and consume more power. You cant move lots of cargo with your giant rover because wheels are too weak defending the whole purpose of building heavy duty rover cargo transporters.

There's also the issue with the lack of damping slider that existed a while ago before the wheels refactor.

The current damping system is just set in stone, which is way too high for light rovers, and okish for heavy ones.

I made a video a while back about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26WgxKQGWfI
