[gameplay suggestion] Carrying and connecting blocks.

On servers (the "Scrapyard" series), I met an assembly with an interesting function - you can detach blocks with a saw and weld them to the structure; and blocks can be carried in your "hands" and rotated like a blueprint.
It would be interesting to see this gameplay in the main game.

Another interesting thing to add possibly would be "handle" block (cost 1 small tube?), that when used simply attaches your engineer hand to that block, so now you either carry/drag the grid with you if it's small enough, you are being carried/dragged by the grid. Not full "grabby hands" functionality, but still makes moving smaller stuff by hand possible.
