Structural load not synchronized between clients

Multiple blocks in our world are reporting different structural loads when measured by me (Host) and my friend (Client). Sometimes he also gets the "Exceeded" state (The one after "Critical"), even though for me the block is in the "Heavy" state or lower.
I attached screenshots from both his point of view and mine of the same block. Notice the difference in structural load.
