quest bug

i had active Master's Tools and Strings Attached when i accidentally switched the world to creative mode and back to survival (wanted to do it on another map). It bugged the quests and i can still ''activate'' them but it prompts me to ''finished quests'' page. it didnt unlock any of the items and i cant cancel and redo the quest.
