[publictest] Stutters since 0.7

Hello,
since I updated to 0.7 I get huge stutters.
My Specs: i7-8750H, 16 GB RAM, GTX 1070 8GB VRAM
The Game run with high settings around 50-60 FPS. But between I get huge stutters rhythmically. I play Singleplayer, only. Perhaps this is a known issue, but I want to report it because I havent seen similar posts.
Please let me know if you need any further informations! Thanks in advance.
