[publictest] Right click to drag object bug

If you have a multiple item object (I had a line of timbers that I used for a counter balance weight) and right click the end one to drag...and then press and hold 'f' to pickup the item that is being pulled on, the rope will remain there. Not only that...but, you can still drag the rest of the structure without that part you just picked up.
