[publictest] Models are off

I dunno if you are aware or not, but some models are off (playing survival, so I didn't encounter every just now).

Namely:

Torch fire. This animated model is behind the actual torch. And most likely too small as well.
Tree branches. They float freely and aren't attached to the tree at all.
Furniture. Namely: Forge and furnace are not placing itself on the ground (of my house) but into it so low that they are barely sticking out.

I didn't look at it so closely but I think other furniture might affected as well, but as much (slightly off center, and and or slightly too low)

Edit: Added my config file to show that it isn't a problem with my settings,
