[publictest] Furnace burns all the fuel.

Is it a bug or a feature?
The furnace burns not only the fuel it started but all it's fuel that are in the fuel slots, despite it should being idle.
E.g. I put 50 sticks in, and haven't cued any recipes, it still burns all 50 sticks
I have the same bug
