[playtest] player gets prompt to cut down saplings

A player can approach a sapling and get the promt to grab the sapling as normal, but if the player gets closer the player gets the "cut down tree" popup, and try as they might they cant actually cut the sapling down even though the cutting animations change to tree-cutting mode.
